4. dan prakse Erasmus + na Danskem: Open sandwiches
Today's mission was to make a typical Danish dish, which is Danish open sandwiches furthermore we also made pate and macarons. We woke up as usual, packed our bags and set sail to our school. Jesper greeted us with a smile so we new that it's going to be a fun and amazing day. He told us all about the sandwiches and how you eat them with a fork and a knife. They are called open sandwiches, basically because there is no top bun. We made two diffrent kinds, a sandwich with ground beef and beetroot and a sandwich with sole (a fish) and shrimps. They were a new experience, but we enjoyed them. The pate we made is for tomorrow and the macarons were all good, although some weren't as puffy as they should be. We cleaned up the kitchen with some backround music and called it a day!
