13. dan prakse Erasmus + na Danskem: Ogled Kopenhagna

Danes smo dan začeli z zajtrkom v hotelu potem pa se je začelo naše potepanje po Kopenhagnu. Turo smo začeli pri danskem parlamentu (Christiansborg) in nadaljevali po slikovitih ulicah mimo mnogih trgovin do stolpa Rundetaarn, na katerega smo se tudi povzpeli in se razgledali po mestu. Ogled smo zaključili kot se za gastronome spodobi - na pokriti tržnici z najrazličnejšimi ponudniki hrane in sestavin TorvehallerneKBH. Potem smo jo mahnili vsak po svoje. Profesorici npr. v najbolj znano Kopenhagensko slaščičarno La Glace in naprej po mestu, drugi smo se zapodili v nakupovanje še zadnjih spominkov. Dan smo zaključili s poslovilnim sestankom v sobi 102. Ups, ne,v sobi 629.

12. dan prakse Erasmus + na Danskem: Going to København

It was our last night in Aabenraa. We woke up, did the rest of the cleaning up and took the bus to the train station. The train was set to København, where we are staying for the weekend since our flight is on Sunday. When we arrived in Copenhagen, we first looked around the mall, which is near our hotel. After checking in, we went to our rooms and chilled for a bit. After that, most of us went to the mall, had lunch and bought a few things. All this led to the end of the day when we came together in one room and had, as the Danes say, "hygge".

11. dan prakse Erasmus + na Danskem: Poslovilni dan

Danes smo se zbudili v oblačno jutro. Skupaj smo pozajtrkovali in se odpravili do šole. Imeli smo poslovilno kosilo na katero smo povabili zaposlene šole in učence Master classa. Pripravili smo nekaj nam znanih jedi kot so bučna juha z praženimi bučnimi semeni, pečenice, sladko-kislo rdeče zelje, pražen krompir in za sladico jabolčno potico. Profesor Jesper nam je pripravil recepte za nekaj tradicionalnih danskih jedi, ki smo jih skupaj pripravili. Pripravili smo Gravlax (surov mariniran losos z dodatki) in Rygeost (dimljen sir) ter pa Øllebrød (ržena kaša z pivom). Za konec so nas dijaki Master classa s profesorjem presenetili z sveže izdelanim sladoledom, gelatom in sorbetom. Ko smo pospravili kuhinjo smo se z težkim srcem poslovili od Jesperja in odšli domov, kjer smo začeli pospravljati, saj se jutri odpravljamo Kopenhagen. :)

10. dan prakse Erasmus + na Danskem: Danish traditional dishes

Today we woke up feeling good and sad since this jurney is coming to an end. We took our usual walk to the school. Jesper was already there waiting for us looking forward to another day of cooking. The dishes we were making are traditional Danish dishes, these are tartlets with chicken, fried salmon, brown sugar cake, mayonnaise with curry and some vegetables and one student prepared some salmon marinated in gin for tommorow. Today we were quick and we ate before our usual serving time which made us realize that we are able to be fast and efficient. After cleaning we went back to the camp and some of us were chilling and some went for a run while the teachers head out to the centre of Aabenraa. After the usual discussion at the end of the day we headed back to our houses and went to sleep.

9. dan prakse Erasmus + na Danskem: klobase

Zjutraj smo se prebudili v oblačno in vetrovno jutro, odšli v šolo, se preoblekli in odšli v učilnico, kjer nas je pirčakal učitelj Jesper. Razložil nam je kako bo potekal dan in kaj bomo pripravljali. Pripravljali smo: klobase s kodrastim ohrovtom, južno Jutlantsko klobaso, vegetarijansko klobaso iz graha, okisano čebulo in rdečo peso, pekočo majonezo, kečap, jabolčno gorčico, hot dog štručke in skyr torto z rakitovcem. Ko smo zaklučili, smo se zbrali okoli mize, kjer je Jesper komentiral naše jedi. Po jedi smo se dogovorili še o četrtkovem poslovilnem kosilu, ki bo kombinacija slovenskih in danskih jedi. Po vrnitvi v hišice smo imeli prosti čas, zato smo ga izkoristili za počtek. Po večerji smo imeli kratek kviz o danski in se naučili nekaj danskih besed. Godnat!

8. dan prakse Erasmus + na Danskem: Chocolate day

Today was a chocolate day. Mr. Kent, a professional chocolate maker, came to our school to teach us about different chocolate desserts. When he entered our class, he greeted us all with a firm handshake. We made five unique chocolate-based desserts, named bonbons, crispy brownie bars, triple chocolate cookies, roches and raspberry chocolate pralines. First we divided into five groups and started measuring out all the ingredients for the desserts. After that, Mr. Kent explained how to prepare the desserts. By the time we were done, we had all had enough of eating chocolate all day, so we packed up most of the desserts to take home.

7. dan prakse Erasmus + na Danskem: Free day

Danes smo se sicer zbudili pozno, a z veliko energije. S toplo kavico smo dočakali profesorici Cergolj Podlogar in Oblak Janko, s katerima smo imeli prijeten pogovor. Ko smo ostali počivali v hišicah, sta profesorici spoznavali okolico Abbenrraa. Kasneje smo profesorici povabili na kosilo ob prijetni jazz glasbi, drugi dve hišici pa sta si skuhali svoje kosilo. Med tem ko so nekateri počivali, so drugi prali obleke. Po večerji smo se še malo podružili in preleteli urnik za jutrišnji dan. Sledil je še napet spopad v biljardu med ekipo profesoric in dijakov.
